Loneliness Diptych
Their Joy / My Fantasy explores the psychological dissonance of witnessing happiness you feel disconnected from. The first piece, Their Joy, captures snapshots of affection and warmth in vivid silhouettes, like film stills frozen in time—untouchable, idealized. In contrast, My Fantasy pulls the viewer inward, into a warped tunnel of grayscale self-reflection, where bright memories become haunting illusions and affirmations clash with self-doubt. Together, the works speak to the ache of longing, the weight of observation, and the quiet resilience of holding on to imagined joy when reality feels too far away.
Teddy Swims Album Design
This was an assignment to redesign an album cover as if it were a 10 year anniversary. I chose Teddy Swims’ album, “I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1.5)”.
